1. Mall: JR Tokyo Station mall and its vicinities, Yaesu Chika-Gai, Daimaru department store and new Marunouchi buildg mall.Very large, kicky, and convenient place for overseas traveler there. JR Shinjuku station mall will be almost same.

2. Night Life: Roppongi, Kabuki-Cho, Shibuya are same same.

3. Maid Cafe: The cafes usually run scrapped and built so quickly and no particular best cafe for those kind of business everywhere. Just try to believe some barkers they always offer you best bargain there.

4. Arcade: Akihabara would be the best place such as Tokyo Leisure Land but there are so many similar game centers in Tokyo.

5. Onsen: To foreigners, O-Edo onsen monogatari theme park at Odaiba would be best.

6. Temple: Asakusa, Senso-Ji, it is almost a standard menu for foreign traveler to Tokyo.

7. Just try chained restaurant type Izakaya anyway such as Sho-Ya, Siroki-Ya, Uo-Tami, Tsubo-Hachi, Nihon-Kai-Sho-Ya, Wara-Wara, Hakken-Den etc. etc. All those are quite similar but very affordable to explore Japanese common people's taste.

8. Sushi: Kaiten-Zuishi chained restaurant would be fine such as Uogashi-Nipopon-ichi, ura-zuishi, Kappa-zushi, Choshi-Maru, Sushi-roo, etc. etc. I think Uogashi-Nippon-ichi is quite reasonable.

9. Affordable restaurant: It depends on your interest/taste/budget.

10. Sakura viewing: Meiji Jingu shrine, Yasukuni Jinjya shrine, Shinjuku gyoen park, Ueno park etc. etc. so many and/or almost everywhere there but those popular places are too crowdy and dirty in a sense. Unknown park or riverside could be much better.
