You’re best bet is an Asian market. Don’t skimp on the lesser expensive eggs either you want Tobiko, which is the Flying Fish Roe. It is much higher in quality than other immitators. It is what’s typically used for the outside of sushi. Wang is probably the best brand to buy in my opinion anyway.
