this is called a ” double Tuna roll” It is basically maguro ” fresh raw tuna” . Spic Tuna ” the fatty scrap tuna of the skin with chili sauce”….cucumber,avocado..in a nori ” paper seafood wrap and rice and unagi sauce ” watered down terryaki sauce”. Good stuff. @teamracing14 not all sushi is raw. Sushi means ” seasoned rice” . It is kinda an aquired taste though. I would start of with like california rolls and spicy tuna rolls .Tuna is the most mildest tasting fish

Eel happens to be my fave. Prepare it any way you wish, just give me some rice and seaweed with it! Octopus is also tasty. I’m one of the weird few who likes it just as much for it’s rubbery consistency as it’s taste.
