No, you should tell him because imagine that he finds out and its not by you how is he going to fell now that he knows that you have been lying to him …. ye i know hes going to be so angry maybe even feel like he can’t trust you.. tell him and if he does get mad and ask you why you didn’t tell him before just simply say "I was afraid that you would think I was spying on you when I didn’t tell you the first time" hes going to laugh and say that"s such a stupid reason and YAY everything is out in the open plus its better to be honest than it is to be secretive
But if your going to tell him speak Italian that would be too funny!

lol you should just say something in italian to him. why would you worry about telling him you speak italian? that's rude of him to speak Italian on the phone to people when he's around you like he doesn't want you to know what he's saying
