the question i need help on is planning how i am going to promote my italian themed local cafe and how im going to do it, using what types of media and materials. i hope some could help im really stuck..

There should be a local marketing magazine that goes out once a month that you could use ours is called The Breeze. Many of them focus on one business a month. If you talk to the people that make phone books(yellow book) they will help you set up ads.
The local cable company usually has an advertisement channel you can use…you might make a nice Grand Opening banner from the local print shop. People like 2 for 1 deals and or since your a new cafe buy 1 get 1/2 price on the second item. Balloons always attract new customers and their kids. Good Luck!

I was at this cafe and i got a cherry italian soda. When i mixed the syrup and the cream the cream curdled. Why?

It was from the sugar in the syrup that made the cream curdle.

There is lot of restaurants, but cafe prima pasta is a "must go" in miami. I think they’ve been open for over ten years. I brought my friends from NY last time, they loved it.

so couple of weeks ago, we went to a really nice italian cafe, and he spoke italian to the waiter. I think too impress me, thing is I understood fine. And I felt awacared saying

"I speak italiano too!"

now weeks go by and I hear on the phone speaking the lanuage and Im afarid if I mention it I feel like I’m syping on him. what to do

No, you should tell him because imagine that he finds out and its not by you how is he going to fell now that he knows that you have been lying to him …. ye i know hes going to be so angry maybe even feel like he can’t trust you.. tell him and if he does get mad and ask you why you didn’t tell him before just simply say "I was afraid that you would think I was spying on you when I didn’t tell you the first time" hes going to laugh and say that"s such a stupid reason and YAY everything is out in the open plus its better to be honest than it is to be secretive
But if your going to tell him speak Italian that would be too funny!
