It was purchased at the small margarita snack shack right as you get off the boat from port orleans riverside and very close to the Rain-forest Cafe. It cost 12.50 and I believe it had Patron anejo, cintronge and topped w/ Gran Marnier in it.

Yes, Downtown Disney is connected to Disneyland. It takes about 10 minutes to walk from the dropoff by Rainforest Cafe/ESPN Zone to get to the entrance to Disneyland. However, did you know there is a really cool place to get dropped off/picked up? It’s on Harbor Blvd, just south of the Disneyland main walking entrance. It’s a 15-minute parking lot, for pickup and dropoff. A bit hard to see the first time, but a very short walk (about 2 minutes) to the front entrance.

this might sound like a stupid question but if the restaurant is within the disney resort can we eat there if were are not going to the park?
RF cafe is just another restaurant at Downtown Disney. DTD is just a shopping and entertainment area, think glorified strip mall. Therefore there is no entrance fee to go there. So yes, you can go to the RF cafe w/out paying any sort of separate entrance fee.
