I think I can distinguish between a latte/cap and cafe au lait. Cafe au lait is regular brewed coffee and milk, where as latte and cappucino are espresso with milk. But what is the difference between a latte and a cappucino?
So essentially, a latte just has more milk and less foam, is it? And was I correct about the cafe au lait?

No clue why the people at Starbucks think that a cappucino is half espresso and half milk. Anyways a cappucino is one third espresso, one third steamed milk, and one third froth. A cafe au lait is steamed milk and coffee. A latte is espresso and steamed milk with very little froth.

I have a HUGE cafe au lait spot on my thigh. I hate it because it is to my knee and goes about to my butt. I am really light and it is like 4-5 shades darker than my normal skin color.
