Find some local businesses close to your location and see if they would be interested in sharing the cost to publish and distribute a simple brochure that would highlight all of your businesses.  You can even include a coupon for a free drink or a dinner special.  Also, a number of restaurants put coupons in the frequent diner books and they also create websites to attract clientele.
