  • Can anyone suggest marketing ideas for restaurants, cafes and bars/clubs?

Posted by admin on February 25th, 2010 and filed under cafe restaurants | 2 Comments »

I am looking for best ways for marketing a restaurant, cafe and bar.
So far, what I have thought of was only the typical most common ways like, ‘business card in a fish bowl’, advertising, etc…but want to be more creative and effective.

Can anyone share any ideas for me to use?

    Thanks in advance. :-)

The best marketing strategy now lies in social marketing…building your brand. Twitter, Facebook, video, LinkedIn, etc.

Nothing is less expensive, yet so far reaching. You can do it yourself or freelance it out to a Virtual Assistant.

Either way, it’s a solid opportunity to let people know that you’re out there.

How about relationship marketing? Find some local businesses close to your location and see if they would be interested in sharing the cost to publish and distribute a simple brochure that would highlight all of your businesses. You can even include a coupon for a free drink or a dinner special. Also, a number of restaurants put coupons in the frequent diner books and they also create websites to attract clientele.

      Hope this helps!
