If you know what you're doing, and hire good staff, they'll practically run everything for you. But, if you actually want to be an employee: I'd probably say wait staff. There's obvious ups and downs to this (or any employee position) but the good thing being on the wait staff is that you walk out with cash every night.<br><b>References : </b><br> Owner.
