@drekx20 LOLOL you’re thinking of North Korea, or Zimbabwe, or other extreme media-censorship countries. Russia’s media/free speech policy is the same as the US. You can film anything you like, as long as you do it legally from public property. You can’t film within spaces where a no camera provision exists (some government places, some museums, etc). If you sneaked around a military base to film, they’d likely confiscate your stuff. Same as the US though.

Some Russian old …
Some Russian old people (the majority) are very poor. Before perestroika it was different…. So, some of them, not all of course, don’t miss an opportunity to get some extra money this way or another…These old ladies are obviously don’t find anything wrong with getting money this way….They are not stealing after all…

The rockett kicking guards look hilarious. But all I kept thinking when watching them is OUCH! Such a high kick and then tapping down on that hard cement has to do horrible things to their backs. I hope their heath insurance is excellent.
