My son was … My son was premature, and I also spent every morning evening and half of every afternoon with him. I was nursing and once he was able to latch on I was there every 3 hours. (Though I did take the nurses advice and enjoyed the last few night where I only had to pump)
I really connected with those pictures of babies, and same as the mother in the story, I feel grateful for every minute I have to spend with him.
